Trauma Therapy Intensives

You are worth investing in yourself! BSP Intensives offer you the opportunity to focus in on your unhealed trauma in a short period of time. BSP Intensives are extended sessions. 

During a typical 90 minute BSP session weekly, we delve into a particular trauma and often need to stop and continue the following week or bi-weekly. BSP Intensives offer you the opportunity to delve more deeply into your trauma issues and give you space and time to process, reflect, breathe, and proceed. 

BSP is an accelerated Trauma Therapy. Engaging in 3 hour BSP Intensive sessions, provides an additional layer of accelerated growth and transformation.
