Dragonfly Trauma Counseling Center, LLC Reports Data Security Incident

Dragonfly Trauma Counseling Center, LLC is notifying the public of an incident that may have involved protected health information (PHI) of certain individuals. On or about September 3, 2025, we received notification of suspicious activity in the Dragonfly Trauma Gmail account. On or about October 30, 2025, we identified potential unauthorized access to Sessions Health, the electronic health record account. The information involved in these incidents, which are believed to be related, may have included: names, emails, contact information, date of birth, and other personal medical health information. At this time, there is no evidence that the information has been misused.

Upon discovering the suspicious activity, immediate steps were taken to mitigate, recover and repair, and Sessions Health was immediately notified. We have been working diligently to resolve the matter, including engaging an independent cybersecurity expert. The matter has also been reported to multiple law enforcement agencies, and we are cooperating fully.

We encourage all parties concerned to practice diligence and vigilance in monitoring account statements and monitoring credit reports. We extend our deepest apologies and remain committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of the information entrusted to us.
